Quinta da Ria (Academy)

Quinta da Ria (Academy) is a 9-hole pitch-and-putt course at the Quinta da Ria resort in Vila Nova de Cacela, Algarve, Portugal. Instruction is available with professional Mickael Carvalho, making it a practical option for golfers working on the short game. The resort's practice setup is extensive. A 300-metre driving range has 70 grass hitting bays across North and South tees, plus five covered bays on artificial grass. Two large putting greens and seven short-game teaching areas with multiple chipping and pitching zones are also available, shared across the resort. The pro shop stocks equipment, accessories, and apparel from Callaway, Titleist, Bridgestone, Ecco, J Lindeberg, and others. The Ria Terrace Restaurant serves Portuguese dishes made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients alongside burgers, salads, pizzas, and desserts.
