Oakley Country Club

Oakley Country Club is a private 18-hole course in Watertown, Massachusetts, designed by Donald J. Ross and opened in 1900. The layout runs across sloped fairways, undulating greens, elevated putting surfaces, bunkers, a valley, and a pond. Hole 10, a par 4, is regarded as one of the best in the state. The course plays between 5,943 and 6,358 yards depending on tees. Oakley hosted the inaugural WGAM Championship in 1900, the 1912 Massachusetts Open Championship, and the WGAM Championship five additional times. It ranks as one of the most-played courses in Massachusetts on Hole19. Indoor golf lessons are available at the Oakley squash courts. The clubhouse occupies a Charles Bulfinch designed mansion. The Oakley Dining Room serves casual lunch and dinner, and the Fairway Lounge & Bar is available before dinner. The Skyline Pub, open during golf season, has multiple HDTVs and an outside deck overlooking the course. Two golf simulators and a heated pool are also on site.
