Montebelo Golf

Set among mountains, heather, gorse, pine trees, and oak trees in the Viseu District of Portugal, Montebelo Golf is a public 27-hole course rated 4.3 by 100+ Hole19 golfers. The terrain shapes the layout throughout. Hole 2, the longest on the course, is a par 5 with a valley crossing, a water feature, three bunkers, and views of Serra do Caramulo. Hole 3 is a par 3 of 187 meters playing to an elevated green on a small hill, with bunkers at the right front and left rear. Practice facilities include a driving range, putting green, a short game area with pitch and putt and bunker shots, and an academy offering individual, group, and field lessons. The clubhouse looks out toward Serra da Estrela and Caramulo. Its restaurant seats 180 and is open for groups by reservation, serving light meals made with regional ingredients.
