Marine Park Golf Course

Marine Park Golf Course, a public links layout in New York City designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and opened in 1964, plays to par 72 across 5,200 to 7,000+ yards. The course sits alongside Jamaica Bay, where strong winds shape play throughout the round. Fescue grass, unmowed berms, and fast greens define the character. Hole 5 is a par-3 with a view of the Empire State Building, with new tee boxes added in 2012. Hole 18 is the longest on the course and carries panoramic views of the water channel. The course hosted the Brooklyn Open in 2014 and is rated 4.3 by 100+ Hole19 golfers, making it one of the most-played courses in New York on Hole19. Practice options include an irons-only driving range with natural grass target greens, large putting greens, and a chipping area with a greenside sand trap. The pro shop carries shoes, spikes, gloves, balls, shirts, grips, and clubs. A glass-enclosed event space is available for weddings and private parties.
