Description
Forest Park Golf Course sits in Woodhaven, Queens, just off the Jackie Robinson Parkway, and is one of the most-played courses in New York on Hole19. Originally designed by Tom Bendelo in 1896, the course was redesigned by Stephen Kay in 1995 as part of a renovation exceeding two million dollars. The work included a significant lengthening of the layout, which now plays at over 6,000 yards, along with the construction of a brand-new clubhouse. The 18-hole course features tree-lined fairways, elevated greens, and three water holes — a combination that has made it a favorite among NYC golfers.
