Description
Golfclub Rhein-Main opened in 1957 on wooded, hilly terrain near Wiesbaden, Hesse, Germany, with the layout designed by Dr. Bernhard von Limburger. The 18-hole semi-private course holds the Zertifikat Lebensraum Golfplatz des Hessischen Golfverbandes, an environmental certification awarded by the Hessian Golf Association. It is rated 4.3 by 70+ Hole19 golfers. Practice options include 26 driving-range bays, putting greens at holes 1 and 9, and DGV-Platzreife-Kurse taught by instructors David Walker or Dominique Klein. Seventy golf carts are available daily. The clubhouse includes a pro shop and the Forsthaus Rheinblick restaurant, which looks out over the Rhine valley from the club terrace.
