Mainzer Golfclub

Mainzer Golfclub sits in Budenheim, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany, and is open to visiting golfers. The 18-hole course was built in 2010 on a renaturierter Steinbruch — a reclaimed quarry — within a designated nature reserve, giving the layout an unusually varied landscape for the region. The club holds membership in Leading Golf Clubs of Germany and carries Golf & Natur Gold certification. It also serves as the Landesleistungszentrum des Golfverband Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland and Landesstützpunkt Golf im Landessportbund Rheinland-Pfalz, making it a regional performance centre. On Hole19 it is rated 4.5 and ranks as one of the most-played courses in Rhineland-Palatinate on Hole19. Practice options include a TrackMan Range and the Mainzer Golfakademie, where qualified PGA professionals provide individual and group training. TrackMan Indoor Golf Simulators are available in a pavilion. The LOFT outdoor bar on the terrace and a golf shop stocking balls, tees, bags, shoes, clothing, gloves, and accessories round out the on-site amenities.
