Golfpark Idstein (Nord)

Golfpark Idstein (Nord) — known locally as the "Goldener Grund" Nordkurs — is an 18-hole parkland layout in Idstein, Hesse, Germany, open for play since 2001. From the first tee, golfers enjoy a panoramic view across all 18 holes toward the Feldberg and Westerwald, with the white Kreuzkapelle in Bad Camberg-Würges visible in the distance. In spring, the surrounding yellow rapeseed fields add further colour to the scene. The course measures 6,181 m from the men's tees and 5,372 m from the ladies', playing to a par of 72 (4 par 3s, 10 par 4s, 4 par 5s). Course ratings are strong — men's CR 72.4 / SL 120, ladies' CR 73.8 / SL 118 — and with no blind holes and natural greens, it presents a fair test for both professionals and amateurs. Two water hazards and well-placed bunkers add strategic interest throughout. Thanks to the mild climate and excellent soil conditions of the Goldener Grund, the course is playable year-round. It is a popular round among Hole19 golfers in Hesse, rated 3.9 by the Hole19 community.
