"Sparky" .September 09, 2026I play this course fairly regularly. It is usually in good condition, given the fact that it's a public course. The landscaping crew works very hard which is greatly appreciated. However, despite the partial cartpath renovations, some recent changes in course operations are more than disappointing. Notably, they have added a speed limit governor to all of the golf carts. This slows the golf cart down to painfully slow speeds - 6 MPH max! It is utterly maddening for the experienced player. Supposedly, the reasoning behind reducing the golf cart speed is to prevent the wild and wacky weekend golfers from driving recklessly about the course, causing damage to the carts. What course management does not recognize is that not everyone is irresponsible, and that they are destroying the golfing experience for their regular and low handicap players. Removing the regulator for these players is the right solution. But until management understands that the "one size fits all" concept does not work here, their biggest revenue source, their regular players, will continue to decrease...
Chris HamiltonSeptember 08, 2023No ranger. Pace was miserably slow. Took nearly 4 hours to play this 3,480-yard executive course. Not exaggerating. It's bad that novice golfers who have no business learning how to hit a golf ball on the course instead of the driving range won't let others play through. But requiring that the pace be kept is ultimately the course's responsibility. Could be a fun 18-hole journey but course needs to take it a more seriously. Water in ball cleaners was putred. Stunk so bad that I couldn't get the smell off my balls. Not exaggerating. Waited 15 minutes before somebody came to the front desk to check in. Beverage cart came by only one time during our round. Very disappointing considering this short executive course charges regular length course green fees.
