Bridgestone Country Club

Bridgestone Country Club is an 18-hole course in Tosu, Saga Prefecture, Japan, framed by towering red pines and camphor trees that shift in character through every season. The front nine is flat and straightforward in layout, but plays long, giving players room to swing freely and go after distance. The back nine takes a different approach — moderate elevation changes tighten the challenge, and accurate shot-making matters more than power here. Greens across all 18 holes feature distinct undulation, demanding careful reading on every approach. The putting surfaces earned particular recognition at the 2002 All-Japan Women's Senior Championship, where they were praised as exceptionally smooth Korai grass greens.
