The course presents a strong mix of par 4s and par 5s, with several tricky doglegs to navigate. Three par 3s stand out for their difficulty, particularly the 187-yard 8th hole. The signature hole, Ramsay's Revenge, earns its reputation: from an elevated tee, players must carry a wooded gorge to reach an undulating green ringed by well-placed bunkers — one of the most spectacular par 3s in Scotland. Golfers can choose to play 9 or 18 holes, with a newly added back 9 completing the full round.

Fraser ChristieNovember 10, 2024Challenging course but done so by the long first cut of rough. Given there are lots of dog legs the cuts of rough should be lowered, so as not to be punished for good drives. Pricey visitor fee of £25. Not really worth it for 10 holes.
