Wailea Golf Club (Emerald) is an 18-hole, par-72 layout in Wailea-Makena, Hawaii, stretching 6,825 yards and designed by Robert Trent Jones II. The course has been honored for women- and couples-friendly features, and is rated 4.8 by 50+ Hole19 golfers. Holes 10 and 17 share a double green set against a lake and ocean backdrop. The course has hosted the Michelle Wie Hawaii State Junior Golf Association's Tournament of Champions. Practice facilities are shared across the Wailea Golf Club properties and include a 4,375 sq ft putting green, a 2,970 sq ft chipping and pitching green, and a bunker area. The Wailea Golf Academy provides a two-tier coaching tee with over 200 yards of grass, a shade canopy, and a short game area. Two full-service pro shops are on site.

The course was beautifully maintained, clean fairways, smooth greens, good practice facilities. The warm up bucket was very small and range was hitting into a hill, which neither are my favourite, but as a simple warm up that’s fine.
