The Legacy at Hastings

The Legacy at Hastings, a public 18-hole course in Hastings, Michigan, has been in play since 1921. Laid out to par 72, it stretches from 5,219 yards on the forward tees to 6,477 yards from the championship tees across long fairways framed by towering stands of hardwoods, with panoramic views across the layout. Practice facilities include a public driving range open daily from dawn to dusk with a self-service ball machine, quality turf hitting mats, yardage markers, and target flags. Two putting greens at different difficulty levels are available during course hours, and a chipping green with an adjacent practice bunker covers chip shots, pitches, and bunker play. Professional instruction is available for golfers of all ages and skill levels. The Par-Tee Cellar, tucked into the lower level of the clubhouse, serves grille food alongside a fully stocked bar and an outdoor patio with golf course views, open from sunrise to sunset April 1 through November 1. The clubhouse is also available for wedding receptions and special events.
