Gun Ridge Golf Course

Gun Ridge Golf Course is a public 9-hole layout in Rutland Charter Township, Michigan, designed by Murray (Big Ed) Schnurr and Jack Fowler and opened in 1977. Playing to par 35 over 2,460 yards, the course moves across rolling hills with three ponds and natural wildlife habitat woven through the routing as water hazards. The longest hole stretches to 460 yards from the blue tees. Practice options include a driving range with markers from 100 yards out to 250 yards and a chipping target at around 50 yards, plus a putting green beside the pro shop.
