The Golf Club at Oxford Greens

The Golf Club at Oxford Greens is an 18-hole championship course in Oxford, Connecticut, designed by Mark Mungeam and situated between Fairfield and New Haven Counties, less than an hour from New York. Mungeam drew on 680 acres of natural terrain to shape a layout carved through wooded land west of Naugatuck State Forest. The course winds through wooded areas, natural preserves, and open meadows, with no two holes running parallel — a routing that keeps each hole distinct. The green complexes reflect the influence of classic designs by MacDonald and Raynor. The par-72 layout is built on bentgrass throughout — tees, fairways, and greens — and plays from 4,982 to 7,147 yards across multiple tee options. The variety of tees and the mix of terrain make it a challenge for players at all levels.
