Tain Golf Club

Designed by Old Tom Morris and opened in 1890, Tain Golf Club sits in Tain, Scotland, United Kingdom, on a links and heathland layout that stretches to 6,404 yards at par 70. The course runs through gorse, heather, and deep rough, with pot bunkers, burns, and the River Tain shaping play throughout. Views of the Dornoch Firth are visible from the course. Holes 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, 10, 14, and 15 retain the substance of Morris's original design. The course hosts Tain Golf Week. Practice facilities include a driving range with practice nets, a putting green, and a chipping area. The pro shop is well stocked and staffed by a resident PGA Golf professional. The clubhouse includes Old Tom's Restaurant, open all day and into the evening and serving freshly made meals and snacks. The Old Tom Morris Bar is well stocked and looks out over the 18th green through large windows. Locker and changing rooms are available, along with corporate meeting space for hire.
