River Bend YMCA Golf Course

River Bend YMCA Golf Course is an 18-hole public layout in North Carolina, designed by Russell Breeden and opened in 1966. The course plays through mountain and foothill terrain, giving the routing a naturally varied character shaped by elevation change. Practice facilities include a practice range, a manicured putting green, and a practice bunker area. PGA Teaching Professional Phil Wallace offers instruction covering Full Swing Development, Pitching, Chipping, and Putting. The pro shop stocks golf balls, gloves, shirts, shoes, and windbreakers, and gift cards are available for merchandise, green fees, and concessions. The course has hosted the 41st Annual Dr A. Mickey Church Memorial Junior Golf Championship.
