Description
Nelson Golf Club is an 18-hole moorland course in Brierfield, England, designed by Dr Alister MacKenzie and opened in 1902. Set on a plateau overlooking Nelson and Burnley, the layout incorporates a quarry, pond, bunkers, trees, mounds, a ditch, rough, and out of bounds, with Pendle countryside views throughout the round. Rated 4.7 by 60+ Hole19 golfers. Practice facilities include a large practice ground, a short game area, and a golf studio with simulator. Expert PGA tuition and custom fitting are available on site. The 19th bar serves hand-pulled real ales and shows Sky Sports. The pro shop is fully stocked, and a Professional Sports Massage Therapist is on site with a member discount available.
