Midland Country Club

Midland Country Club is a private 18-hole club in Midland, Michigan, open since 1928 and recognized with the Distinguished Clubs award every year from 2018 to 2025. The layout stretches to 6,400 yards and incorporates Snake Creek throughout the routing. The par-3 18th plays to an island green, making it a fitting close to the round. The club has hosted the Dow Championship. Practice facilities are extensive. Six outdoor netted hitting bays are available for members, alongside 16,000 square feet of putting green plus a separate practice putting green by the 1st tee. A short-game area provides two target greens — one for 60-70 yard pitch shots and one for chipping and bunker shots. Four PGA professionals offer private lessons year-round and group instruction in summer. Indoors, five hitting bays and three simulators allow year-round play, with video equipment available for private instruction. The Golf Shop carries golf and business attire, shoes, and accessories. Fine dining is available in the Wildfire Grille, with more casual options in the Bar.
