Helensburgh Golf Club is a semi-private moorland course in Helensburgh, Scotland, opened in 1893 and designed by Old Tom Morris. The layout runs across gently undulating moorland terrain over 18 holes, playing to a par of 69 at 6,104 yards. The club has hosted the Helensburgh Boys' Open Tournament. Practice facilities include a driving range, putting green, and short game area, all private to the club. The clubhouse includes a recently refurbished Club Bar serving beers, spirits, soft drinks, espresso-based coffees, and featuring SKY Sports, pool, and darts. A restaurant serves fresh, high-quality cuisine prepared by an experienced catering team. A pro shop offers equipment rental and expert advice.

True hidden gem. Stunning views throughout with plenty of beautiful golf holes. Not the longest but steep hills and slopey greens are a great defence for what is an ideal course to be part of a trip away. Staff were welcoming and good value for money. Only gripe would be they don’t advertise what practice facilities they had, looks like they have a range and nets but were hard to find
