Dunwoody Country Club

Dunwoody Country Club is a private 18-hole course in Sandy Springs, Georgia, designed by Willard C. Byrd and opened in 1966. The layout stretches from 5,320 to 7,040 yards across rolling terrain with dramatic elevation changes, hardwood trees, tall Georgia pines, and dogwood trees. Four par threes stand out as the course's most demanding holes, with hole 3 being the first of them. Hole 4 is the longest on the course. Practice facilities include a driving range enlarged in 1984 and again in 2001 with a new irrigation system, a putting green, a short game area, and an indoor teaching facility — all three of the latter updated as part of a Master Plan Project in 2003. The clubhouse includes the Mixed Grill restaurant, expanded to terrace level with a separate bar area. Additional amenities include a swimming pool, bath house, locker rooms, a Wellness Center, private dining rooms, and a ballroom.
