Greens patchy. Some parts like fairway/rough. Fairway more like rough. Bit of TLC would be a 4star

The course is a good layout and challenging in areas but is let down by the quality of the ground in the tees. They are bumpy, full of holes and hardly have any grass on them at all. There are no signs on the tees to tell you what hole it is or the yardage. A few signs on the paths directing to tees would be beneficial also. The weather had been quite good the past few weeks but a couple of days of rain this week means there was standing water on some fairways and bunkers.

This could be amazing but is not well looked after. Nice layout and challenging as it's narrow but the tees are a wreck and the greens are patchy at best
