Capital City Country Club is a semi-private 18-hole course in Tallahassee, Florida, designed by A. W. Tillinghast and opened in 1908. The layout moves through 250 feet of elevation change across rolling hills covered in tall pines and large moss-draped oaks — terrain that gives each round a distinct character without relying on artificial shaping. Golfweek and USA Today ranked it the best golf course in Tallahassee and 13th best in Florida in 2021, and it holds a Reader's Choice Award for Best Golf Course in Tallahassee from the Tallahassee Democrat. Practice options include a driving range, a practice green, and on-site lessons. The 19th Hole Grille and dining room provides post-round dining, and a Golf Pro Shop sits adjacent to the clubhouse.

Adam RollerOctober 10, 2021Being from Tampa, there’s nothing in the Tampa Bay area they can compare with something like this. The elevation is amazing. The greens are rockhard but perfect. The tee boxes are epic. I was incredibly impressed when I just grabbed a hot deal driving from Tampa to Pensacola. I will definitely be back
