Willow Run Golf Course is a popular round among Hole19 golfers in Ohio, designed by Jack Kidwell — a prolific name in central Ohio course design who gave each of his layouts its own distinct character. The 18-hole layout demands precise shot-making and smart course management throughout. Fairways are lined with Ohio bluegrass, and the greens are bentgrass. Water comes into play on multiple holes, and strategically placed bunkers add further challenge. Correct tee placement is especially important on the front nine. The back nine raises the stakes with the par-4 13th, widely regarded as one of the toughest par 4s in Ohio. A meandering creek fronts the green, making club selection and approach accuracy critical.
