The layout runs across terrain shaped by North Sea cliffs, a quarry, limestone walls, water hazards, and copses of trees, measuring 5,635 to 6,013 yards off a par of 70. The quarry is central to the opening hole, where the tee shot plays down to its base before the approach climbs to a green on top of the hill. Hole 8, the first par 5, requires a drive over a wall directly in front of the tee. A practice area is available where a professional covers basic principles. The clubhouse restaurant can cater for celebration parties through to four-course meals for up to 80 people.
