Water Oak Golf Club in Lady Lake, Florida is an 18-hole, par-70 layout stretching from 4,235 to 6,209 yards across rolling hills lined with oak trees draped in Spanish moss. The course plays through that tree-lined terrain at a range of lengths that suits a wide spread of handicaps. A newly designed 6,640 sq. ft. putting green and a 1,300 sq. ft. chipping green, both located near the clubhouse, give players space to warm up before the round. The Oak House restaurant is on site for post-round dining.

I first want to say this is a hidden gem! Conditions from tee-green won't let you down. Short, enjoyable, but shot- maker worthy. They renovated a few years ago and haven't looked back. Good eats @ the restaurant, too. My only criticism is that I can't figure out WHY ON EARTH ANY course in the state of Florida would have golf carts WITHOUT club covers! It rained twice during our last round & our bags were soaked, despite taking shelter - no bueno! There ought to be a law...

What a hidden gem! Short, but challenging. Us mid/ high handicappers need a few extra balls - lol! Pro shop, restaurant, and bar staff are all gr8! Also, good food if you wanna refuel @ the turn or after the round! I have no complaints about this place!
