Trails GC

Trails GC has hosted the Men's Oklahoma Amateur, Women's State Amateur, Oklahoma Senior Championship, South Central Section PGA Senior Championship, Oklahoma Senior Four-Ball Championship, and the U.S. Amateur Regional Qualifier — a tournament record that reflects the course's standing in Oklahoma golf. Designed by Leon Howard and opened in 1982, the private 18-hole layout in Norman, Oklahoma plays to par 70 from a yardage of 6,623 yards from the back tees. The course runs along the South Canadian River banks and is lined with cottonwood, sycamore, bald cypress, and oak trees. Hole 1 sets the tone with a creek bisecting the fairway and greenside bunkers; hole 2 is a par 3 with water guarding the front of the green. Trails GC has won Best Golf Course in the Norman Transcript Reader's Choice Awards for six consecutive years. Practice facilities include a driving range, a spacious Bentgrass putting green, and multiple chipping areas. The clubhouse restaurant serves appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, and burgers alongside weekly Chef's Specials and a daily salad bar. The bar features a newly designed space with Sunset Hour weekday themed drink specials and food pairings. The Golf Shop carries custom logoed merchandise and tournament items.
