Timberlane Country Club

Timberlane Country Club is a popular round among Hole19 golfers in Louisiana, set in Gretna and designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. in the late 1950s. The 18-hole layout stretches over 7,100 yards, with mature oaks lining the fairways and defining each hole's character. The course presents a genuine test through 17 water hazards and 80 sand bunkers, though golfers new to Timberlane will find it approachable as well as challenging. Four sets of tees accommodate a range of playing abilities. All fairways are Bermuda grass, and the greens were resurfaced in 2007 with Tif Eagle turf. Before a round, golfers can warm up on a spacious, all-grass lighted practice range or work on short game at the large chipping, pitching, and putting green.
