The Villages - Bonifay Country Club

The Villages - Bonifay Country Club is a 27-hole facility in The Villages, Florida, that opened its first two nines — Destin and Ft. Walton — in the fall of 2011. Five sets of tees ranging from 4,763 to 7,090 yards make the course accessible to golfers of every skill level. The layout features rolling terrain, changes in elevation, and some of the best green complexes in The Villages. Among many strong holes, the par-3 fifth on the Destin nine stands out: playing between 95 and 207 yards, it demands an almost all-carry shot over water, with bunkers protecting the back of the green. Designed by the Clifton, Ezell and Clifton Design Group, the course carries an average rating of 4.4 from Hole19 golfers and is one of the most-played courses in Florida on Hole19.
