The Plantation Golf & Country Club

The Plantation Golf & Country Club is a private 18-hole course in Fort Myers, Florida, designed by Dr. Michael Hurdzan and Dana Fry, and is a popular round among Hole19 golfers in Florida. Designed by the award-winning Hurdzan/Fry partnership, the layout plays to 7,233 yards from the tips and offers five tee options — 6,869, 6,413, 5,873, and 5,217 yards — each providing different angles of attack to suit a range of abilities. Fairways feature rolls and dips that create defined target areas, while the greens are surrounded by contoured chipping zones that test the short game. Bunkers are built in the Pinehurst style: not overly deep, but with steep faces. Members have access to extensive practice facilities at the Plantation Great House, with the course open until dusk year-round. A full-service golf shop staffed by PGA professionals covers instruction, club repair, re-gripping, and equipment.
