The Brassie Golf Club

The Brassie Golf Club is a semi-private, 18-hole championship course in Chesterton, Indiana, easily accessible from the Indiana Toll Road or I-94. Designed by Jim Fazio and opened in 1998, it is widely regarded as one of the best golfing values in Northwest Indiana. The layout features a links-style character, with gently rolling terrain, wide fairways, strategic bunkering, and tall fescue rough. The greens are considered the best-conditioned in the area — large and receptive, yet capable of presenting a real two-putt challenge. From the back tees, the course stretches to 7,008 yards with a slope rating of 130 and a course rating of 73.4. Four sets of tees make it accessible to all ability levels, while conditions and seasons can change how the course plays significantly.
