Designed by Brad Bell and opened in 1997, this public 18-hole, par-72 layout in Sacramento, California sits across 250 acres of natural wetlands alongside the Sacramento River. Native trees frame lush fairways, and rolling, undulating greens add variety across a yardage range of 5,000 to more than 7,000 yards. Practice options are extensive. The driving range is the largest all-grass, year-round range in Sacramento, with bermuda/rye grass tee complexes. A dedicated putting green and a short game area for chipping, pitching, and bunker shots are also available. After the round, the Teal Bend Grill offers casual dining with large flat-screen TVs in a dining room that seats up to 180 people, plus an outside covered patio. The bar carries a wide selection of domestic and foreign beers, spirits, and signature cocktails.
