Tarina Golf (Uusi) is an 18-hole course in Northern Savonia, Finland, designed by Jan Sederholm with a clear brief: reward the club golfer with achievable moments while offering enough challenge to test the competitive player. The layout achieves its difficulty through hole length and strategic hazard placement rather than tricky routing. The course moves through parkland, open fields, and forest, with ponds and water hazards adding variety throughout. The outward nine plays over relatively flat ground, while the back nine features more significant elevation changes. The standout hole is the 16th — Sederholm's signature — which dares the long hitter to carry a drive over water, yet rewards a more measured approach with a realistic route to par.
