Tanjong Puteri Golf Resort (Plantation)

Tanjong Puteri Golf Resort (Plantation) is an 18-hole course in Johor, Malaysia, designed by Max Wexler and opened in November 1992. It was built with the preservation of its natural surroundings as a central priority, and that heritage is still visible throughout the layout. The land was once an active oil palm plantation, with workers cultivating fruit orchards and coconut groves alongside their main crop. Rather than clearing these features, the designers incorporated them into the course. Oil palm trees line many of the fairways, while durian, mango, jackfruit, rambutan, and coconut palms are preserved on holes 4, 6, 7, 14, 15, and 17. At 6,454 metres, the course plays across natural undulating terrain with Zoysia Matrella fairways and Bermuda Tifdwarf greens.
