Strathfield Golf Club

Strathfield Golf Club is a semi-private, 18-hole course in Strathfield, New South Wales, Australia, opened in 2018 and designed by Jim Wilcher. It plays to a par of 71 across a yardage range of 5,051 to 5,899 metres, with undulating bent grass putting surfaces, bunker complexes, elevated greens, and the Cooks River woven through the layout. Rated 4.3 by 60+ Hole19 golfers, it is a popular round among Hole19 golfers in New South Wales. The Strathfield Golf Academy provides instruction from PGA Accredited professionals, covering private one-on-one lessons, short game and on-course sessions, and indoor simulator work using GC Quad Launch monitors and Swing Catalyst software. The pro shop stocks a wide range of equipment and accessories, with motorised carts, club sets, and pull buggies available for hire. Bistro 18 is a 130-plus seat restaurant with a menu of classic dishes with a modern twist and both indoor and al fresco dining. The Sports Bar features a 100-inch TV, 60-inch racing screens showing Sky Racing, and Fox Sports via a sports wall with digital TAB facilities. The clubhouse placed third in the Golf Inc Magazine Clubhouse of the Year award in 2019.
