Seneca Golf Course is an 18-hole public layout in Louisville, Kentucky, opened in 1934. The course plays over hilly terrain threaded by Beargrass Creek, with zoysia fairways running through numerous trees that tighten most approaches. Rated 4.1 by 60+ Hole19 golfers and one of the most-played courses in Kentucky on Hole19, Seneca has also been recognized as the sixth-toughest course in Kentucky and earned a Best of Louisville distinction. It hosted the 1958 Derby City Open. Practice options include a driving range, a chipping green, and a well-run Junior Club program. A fully stocked pro shop is on site.
