The terrain takes in chalk cliffs, undulating ground, and heathland-influenced holes. Hole 13 reaches the furthest point on the course, where views of the Seven Sisters cliffs open up. Hole 18 plays as a massive downhill tee shot with views over Seaford Bay. The modern clubhouse includes a well-stocked pro shop and The View at Seaford Head, a restaurant with panoramic sea views.
