Seaford Golf Club

Hole 17 at Seaford Golf Club is regarded as the finest on the course — a fitting centrepiece for a downland layout that J H Taylor designed in 1907. Set in Seaford, England, the 18-hole course plays to a par of 69 across 6,234–6,546 yards of chalk-based downland. The terrain drains freely and moves naturally, with dew ponds and flint quarries shaping several holes across the layout. The course is semi-private. Practice facilities include a 350-yard grass driving range with three covered bays, a putting green, a chipping green, practice bunkers, and a three-hole Academy course for beginners. The clubhouse has a restaurant serving a comprehensive all-day menu, a lounge bar with local ales, a sun terrace overlooking the 18th green to the 1st tee, and a Dormy House with fully serviced en-suite rooms.
