Sand Golf Club has hosted the Road to Åland Golf Tour alongside club competitions including Klubbmästerskap, Care of Beds-golfen, Herrgolf, and Damgolf — a tournament calendar that reflects the course's standing in Jönköping County, Sweden. Designed by Arthur Hills and Steve Forrest and opened in 2005, the 18-hole links layout runs 4,540–6,670 meters across sand soil and dunes. Access is semi-private. PGA professional Terry Burgoyne leads lessons on site, with beginner courses and junior training offered in spring and autumn.
