Salinas Fairways Golf Course

Salinas Fairways Golf Course is an 18-hole, par-72 municipal layout in Salinas, California, designed by Jack Fleming and opened in 1957. The fairways are relatively flat, set against views of the Gabilan Hills to the east and the Pacific Ocean to the west. The course has been recognized as a Top 10 Value Golf Course in the Country and has hosted PGA of America Player Ability Tests. Practice facilities include a range with state-of-the-art hitting mats and grass areas, a chipping and putting green, and a practice bunker. Golf lessons are available for all skill levels, along with clinics for beginners, juniors, and ladies, plus swing classes and rules seminars. The PGA-staffed Golf Shop carries clubs, apparel, shoes, and accessories, and offers custom club fitting and demo days. A full-service cafe is on site.
