Rayburn Country Resort

Rayburn Country Resort is an 18-hole layout in Texas made up of two distinct nines, each with its own character and design pedigree. The front nine was designed by Jay Riviere in 1968. It plays across wide fairways with sand bunkers on every hole, six of which also carry fairway bunkers. Water comes into play on one hole, and the nine features 47,700 sq.ft. of greens in total. The back nine was added in 1972, designed by Robert Trent Jones. It is tighter than the front, with four doglegs and more demanding approach shots. Generous landing areas off the tees offer some relief, but six of the nine holes feature elevated greens. The back nine totals 52,700 sq.ft. of putting surface.
