Description
Rathcore Golf & Country Club, set in County Meath, Ireland, is an 18-hole course that goes well beyond a standard parkland layout. Two ancient ring forts, a motte, and numerous natural springs give the course a character rooted in history and landscape — those springs feed water features on 12 of the 18 holes. Rolling hills, mature trees, and yellow furze add variety throughout the round. The course was designed under the direction of Mel Flanagan of Irish Golf Design and shaped by Mick and Austin Lyons, with care taken to preserve the natural charm of the surrounding area. All greens were crafted by Ollie Sutton, who has worked on some of Ireland's finest courses. Rathcore is rated 4.6 by Hole19 golfers, with over 50 reviews on the platform.
