Description
Moyvalley Hotel & Golf Resort in County Kildare, Ireland is an 18-hole, par-72 links course designed by Darren Clarke, stretching from 5,658 to 7,370 yards. The layout features tall fescue, sweeping fairways, large greens, and water features throughout. The course has hosted the European Challenge Tour (2009) and the Irish PGA Championship in both 2016 and 2017. It is rated 4.6 by 100+ Hole19 golfers. Practice facilities include a dedicated chipping green and a separate bunker practice green, with golf lessons available on request. The Golf Shop carries Srixon and Titleist golf balls alongside clothing from Ping and Footjoy. The Clubhouse Bar offers panoramic 360-degree views and closes at 8pm Saturday and 7pm Sunday. The Clubhouse Bar/Restaurant serves a full dining menu on weekends — 11:00–19:00 Saturday and 11:00–18:00 Sunday — while the Summer Café runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with light bites.

Even do it's quite a long course off the white tee box's, in summer, you have to play the right club because there's great run on the fairways. Playing off the Blue tees is a different animal. Very challenging but worth every penny. Happy golfing in Moyvalley.
