Playing to a par of 70 from up to 6,800 yards, the layout is shaped by strategic bunkering and distinctive greens throughout the property. The Performance Center houses two hitting bays equipped with TrackMan launch monitors and V1 video analysis. A movable PuttView putting green allows customizable setups with visual feedback. The clubhouse includes a Keiser-equipped strength and conditioning gym, a conference room, and two private cottages.
