Opened in 1989, this public 18-hole course occupies what is considered the most scenic property in Sumter County, with elevation changes that open up far-reaching views across the landscape. Playing to 6,805 yards from the tips, the course is regarded as the best-conditioned and most challenging layout in the area — offering holes that test golfers while remaining fair. Away from the bustle of town, the setting delivers a genuinely serene round, interrupted only occasionally by jets from nearby Shaw Air Force Base.

Jeffery ThomasJune 23, 2017This is my new Home Course. I love this place. Challenging (obviously) but not discouraging -- and that's just from the White Tees. The Staff is AWESOME -- some of the nicest people I can remember meeting around a golf course ever. The GroundsKeepers are also super nice. This place should get an award for customer service or something. Beech Creek makes me glad I came back to the golfing game.
