Pumpherston Golf Club

The layout plays to a par of 70 over 6,036 yards. The club holds a National Environmental Excellence Award, the pan-European Committed to Green Standard from the Scottish Golf Environment Group, and the Scottish Golf Union's Junior Charter. A large USGA-spec practice putting green sits next to the clubhouse and first tee. Regular individual and group coaching is available for junior members, and a pro shop is on site. The Flagstick restaurant is a family-run business serving Scottish cooking and traditional golf club food, catering for weddings, groups, parties, golf outings and funerals. The fully licensed bar carries draft and bottled beers, wines and soft drinks. A separate dining area looks out toward the Pentland Hills, and a swing studio is also available.
