Description
Port St Mary Golf Club is the Isle of Man's only 9-hole course, situated on the south of the island roughly seven minutes from Port Erin. Founded in 1903 as a private company, the club has occupied its current site since 1936. The course was designed by Open Champion George Duncan and is widely regarded among golf enthusiasts as offering one of the finest views of any course in the United Kingdom. Standing on the sixth tee, players are treated to panoramic views across two bays and the harbour of Port St. Mary — a setting that has earned the course a strong reputation well beyond the island itself.
