Plum Hollow Country Club

Plum Hollow Country Club is a private 18-hole course in Southfield, Michigan, designed by Harry Colt and Charles Hugh Alison and opened in 1921. The layout moves through sweeping elevations, ravines, steep hillsides, a floodplain, and a creek. Hole 6 stretches nearly 600 yards from the back tee. Hole 17 is a par-five with a bold greenside bunker. Hole 18, framed by two Oak trees, is considered one of the best finishing holes in southeast Michigan. The club has hosted the 1943 Ryder Cup, 1947 PGA Championship, 1957 Western Open, 2015 Michigan Amateur, 2022 GAM Championship, and 2023 US Open Qualifier. It appears on Golf Digest's Top 100 and is ranked a Top Ten Private Club Course in Michigan. The clubhouse includes a newly renovated Pub Room, locker rooms, a full-service bathhouse, a snack bar, and a full-service bar at the pool. The pro shop handles tournaments and golf special events. Private and group lessons are available.
