Piney Point Golf Club

Piney Point Golf Club is an 18-hole, par-72 semi-private course in North Carolina, United States, designed by J. Porter Gibson and opened in 1964. The layout plays across rolling hills and gently rolling terrain. Hole 9 is the course's signature hole. Tournaments hosted at Piney Point include the Pancake Open, The Vandy, Member-Member, Member Appreciation Week, Member-Guest, and the Club Championship. Practice facilities include a driving range with 20 hitting stations and target areas at 100, 150, and 175 yards, a putting green, and a pitch and sand practice area. A professional golf staff is available for lessons and personal attention. The pro shop offers club fitting and used club sales. The clubhouse includes a lounge with cool beverage service and a shaded patio, plus a snack bar serving hamburgers and hot dogs. A 120,000-gallon L-shaped swimming pool and a tennis court are also on site.
