The new owners and the many improvements to the relaxing areas of the course makes for an inviting and pride of place to take your guests. Well done! I have been playing Pinewoods for more than 15years. This year in particular the more respectful golfers the new ownership are attracting is making a round of golf worth looking forward to. I am a bit sad the breakfast on a Sunday menu is no longer available - probably due to lack of demand. I am sure at some time the 9th green will be moved to the putting practice location. Would make sense and possibly little cost to complete. Like any new venture bringing back the higher course quality will take time. The new owners appear to interested in making the necessary investments. I would recommend Pinewood. With your regular playing support will allow the course to become your course of choice. The driving range has both mats and grass; the clubhouse supplies tee which will not only help you with your practice but will give the range time to grow properly.
